Nkumba Rumba, a series of spectacular multi-artform performances in the Docklands area between July and December 2012.

Featuring some of Melbourne's most acclaimed multi-talented multicultural performers – Passi Jo (Congo) and Appiah Annan (Asanti Dance Theatre Ghana), De Paul (Congo), accompanied by live drumming from Kofi Kunkpe and Kojo Noah Owusu (Ghana) with visuals by Pam Kleemann, Nkumba Rumba will transform the Docklands precinct into Melbourne's 'heart of danceness'!

All performances are free, so come along and join the celebration…experience rhythms that embody sensuality and vitality; indulge in some cheeky African/Latino humour… witness dance moves that make your jaw drop and your pelvis rock!!!
